Tendering Executive (Junior)
Tender Identification
- Monitor government and private tender portals regularly.
- Identify relevant tenders matching the company's products and services.
- Download tender documents and circulate them to concerned departments.
Tender Documentation
- Read and understand tender requirements.
- Prepare checklists for tender documentation.
- Collect technical, commercial, and statutory documents from various departments.
- Prepare compliance statements as per tender requirements.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, Purchase, Projects, and Technical teams for required information.
- Follow up internally to collect pending documents within timelines.
- Coordinate with clients for clarifications whenever required.
Portal Management
- Upload tender documents on GeM, CPP Portal, e-Procurement portals, and other online bidding platforms.
- Maintain digital records of submitted tenders.
- Ensure digital signatures (DSC) are updated and functioning.
Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain a tender database.
- Keep records of submitted, awarded, lost, and cancelled tenders.
- Maintain copies of agreements, purchase orders, work orders, and correspondence.
Follow-up
- Track tender status after submission.
- Assist in responding to clarification requests.
- Support order processing after successful award of tenders.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Tendering, Sales Support, or Administration.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
