Job Profile: Telecaller / Business Development Executive
Experience: 6 Months- 1 Year
We are hiring Telecallers for jobbells.com, a job portal focused on connecting employers with job seekers.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact companies and HR professionals via phone.
- Explain the benefits of registering on Jobbells.com.
- Assist companies with account registration and profile setup.
- Generate leads and onboard new employers.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships.
- Support employers in posting job vacancies and hiring candidates.
- Maintain call records and daily activity reports.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Business Development, Recruitment, or Customer Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also be considered.
- Experience in job portals, recruitment agencies, HR services, or B2B sales will be preferred.
Skills Required
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Ability to handle targets and follow-ups.
- Hindi proficiency required; English communication preferred.
Note: Only noida based candidates required
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
