Job Summary
LIVELOCAL E-COMM PRIVATE LIMITED (LILO) is seeking a responsible and proactive Processing Centre Operations Executive to manage and support the daily operations of our Fish Processing Centre (FPC). The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and management skills and be capable of ensuring the smooth functioning of daily processing centre activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Fish Processing Centre (FPC).
- Coordinate and supervise employees and daily operational activities.
- Ensure proper handling, processing, and management of fish and related products.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure proper hygiene and cleanliness within the processing centre.
- Monitor and manage operational activities effectively.
- Maintain basic records and operational data using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with team members and ensure smooth workflow.
- Take responsibility for maintaining discipline and efficiency within the workplace.
- Drive company vehicles and support operational requirements whenever necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational qualification is not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and operational management abilities.
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently and work effectively as part of a team.
- Valid LMV Driving Licence is mandatory.
Shift Timings
- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Candidates should be willing to work in assigned shifts based on operational requirements.
