Job Profile: Floor Manager
Location: Gomti Nagar Branch, Bhasin Brothers
Key Responsibilities
- Staff Supervision & Deployment
- Oversee daily attendance, punctuality, and discipline of sales, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Assign duties floorwise and ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
- Customer Service & Sales Support
- Monitor customer interactions, resolve escalations, and ensure professional service standards.
- Support sales team in achieving targets by maintaining smooth floor operations.
- Inventory & Display Management
- Coordinate with inventory staff for timely stock replenishment.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed as per company guidelines and seasonal promotions.
- Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain audit ready records of staff deployment, customer complaints, and daily floor reports.
- Escalate irregularities (absenteeism, stock mismatch, billing issues) to management promptly.
- Facility Oversight
- Supervise housekeeping, security guards, and maintenance staff for cleanliness and safety.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, hygiene, and operational protocols.
- Training & Development
- Conduct on floor training for new staff on customer handling, billing procedures, and company policies.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training sessions to HR.
- Operational Efficiency
- Monitor billing counters, cash handling discipline, and queue management.
- Ensure smooth coordination between cashier, sales, and inventory teams.
