We are seeking an experienced and versatile Private Chef for a private residence in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should be skilled in preparing a wide range of cuisines with a strong focus on healthy, nutritious, and well-balanced meals. The chef will be responsible for planning menus, sourcing ingredients, and delivering high-quality dining experiences tailored to the family's preferences.
- Prepare daily meals for a family of 2, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks as required.
- Design and execute nutritious, healthy, and customized meal plans.
- Cook a variety of Indian and international cuisines.
- Demonstrate expertise in preparing seafood, poultry, and meat-based dishes.
- Handle the preparation of fish, pork, chicken, and lobster with confidence and precision.
- Possess strong knowledge of tandoori cooking and marination techniques.
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
- Manage grocery planning, ingredient sourcing, and kitchen inventory.
- Adapt menus according to dietary preferences, seasonal ingredients, and nutritional requirements.
- Proven experience as a Private Chef, Personal Chef, or in luxury hospitality.
- Strong multi-cuisine culinary expertise.
- Specialization in healthy and nutritious cooking.
- Excellent knowledge of seafood, meat preparation, and grilling techniques.
- Hands-on experience with tandoori marination and cooking methods.
- Professional, discreet, and well-organized personality.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high culinary standards.
