Billing & Invoicing
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, and issue invoices for car rental services using Indecab software.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing aligned with company policies and client agreements.
- Maintain records of daily rentals, fleet usage, and customer billing cycles.
Payment Management
- Track and reconcile customer payments against invoices.
- Follow up with clients for outstanding dues and maintain updated accounts receivable reports.
- Coordinate with finance for cash/online transaction settlements.
System & Compliance
- Operate and update Indecab platform for billing, reporting, and fleet usage tracking.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements in billing.
- Generate MIS reports for management on revenue, outstanding payments, and billing efficiency.
Coordination & Support
- Liaise with operations team to validate trip sheets, driver logs, and rental agreements.
- Handle client queries regarding billing discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Support audits by providing accurate billing records and reconciliations.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
