We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Candidate will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
- Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals. Excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services and products.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Maintain customer satisfaction
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Attends industry meetings, if appropriate.
- Attends management training meetings to gain additional knowledge about new and existing products, procedures and programs.
- Evaluates strategic opportunities in the market available.
Experience in selling any Analytical Instrument/ Pharma Instrument/ Scientific Instrument/ Laboratory Instrument/ Lab consumables/ Filtration Product
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
