Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive sourcing and recruitment strategies to meet company growth targets.
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline: Proactively build talent pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and industry networking.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the entire hiring process from defining job requirements to onboarding.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify team needs and define candidate qualifications.
- Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Metrics & Reporting: Monitor hiring metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire) to optimize efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the recruitment team.
