AMC & Service Coordination
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules for AMC sites.
- Track and monitor service visits, breakdown calls, and rectification works.
- Coordinate with service technicians and subcontractors for timely execution.
- Ensure all assigned service activities are completed within committed timelines.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain proper records of AMC contracts, service reports, inspections, and compliance documents.
- Prepare and organize service reports, inspection reports, quotations, and maintenance records.
- Ensure all documentation is updated and filed systematically for audit and client reference.
- Monitor expiry dates of contracts, certifications, and compliance-related documents.
Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for AMC clients regarding service coordination and follow-ups.
- Communicate maintenance schedules, pending observations, and service updates to clients.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Reporting & Monitoring
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service status reports.
- Track open complaints, pending rectifications, and AMC due schedules.
- Maintain service trackers and operational MIS reports.
- Escalate critical service issues to management when required.
Operational Support
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and compliance submissions.
- Support Fire NOC / Fire CC compliance coordination activities when required.
- Coordinate material requirements with stores/purchase teams for ongoing service works.
- Ensure technicians submit proper service documentation and attendance records.
Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
