We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-friendly Receptionist / Administration Executive who can manage front office operations while supporting daily administrative activities.
Job Summary:
The Receptionist / Administration Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong organizational abilities, and basic computer knowledge. This role involves handling reception duties, administrative support, office coordination, and assisting management in daily operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesReception Management:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Handle WhatsApp inquiries and basic customer communication.
- Maintain the visitor register and reception area.
- Coordinate meeting schedules and conference room bookings.
Administrative Responsibilities:
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Prepare reports, letters, invoices, and other official documents.
- Organize and manage physical and digital records.
- Coordinate courier, postal services, and document dispatch.
- Monitor office supplies and place purchase requests when required.
- Ensure proper office cleanliness and smooth day-to-day operations.
Office Coordination:
- Maintain office inventory and stationery.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding administrative requirements.
- Assist management with scheduling and follow-up tasks.
- Keep confidential company information secure.
- Support management in daily operational activities.
Required Skills:

Experience:

Working Hours:
- Monday to Saturday
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary will be based on experience and interview performance.
