Role description
Role: Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Cloud
Experience: 7+ Years
- Design, develop, and optimize end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, with strong expertise in Declarative Pipeline syntax
- Automate deployment, scaling, and lifecycle management of applications across cloud services including Kubernetes, serverless platforms, compute, databases, storage, networking, and functions
- Collaborate closely with development and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of applications into CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments
- Implement and manage logging, monitoring, and ing solutions for infrastructure and applications
- Ensure adherence to security best practices, policies, and compliance standards across the cloud environment
- Contribute to and continuously improve the software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and operational reliability
- Support pre‑production activities such as infrastructure design, platform development, load testing, capacity planning, and launch reviews
- Maintain production services by monitoring availability, latency, performance, and system health
- Drive automation for scalability, resiliency, performance, and efficiency
- Execute remediation activities through corrective and preventive action plans, prioritizing automated and sustainable solutions
- Create and maintain clear documentation for processes, configurations, and architectural decisions
- Stay current with cloud services, SRE principles, and DevOps best practices
- 7+ years of overall experience, with 5+ years in an SRE role
- Strong hands‑on experience with cloud platforms
- Proven expertise in CI/CD implementation
- Strong proficiency in Jenkins, specifically Declarative Pipelines
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver outcomes with minimal supervision
