Key Responsibilities:
- Handle collections for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Mortgage products.
- Manage a team of field collection executives and ensure regular follow-ups with delinquent customers.
- Monitor bucket-wise overdue accountsand initiate legal or field action where needed.
- Conduct field visits to high-risk accounts and coordinate with legal officers for issuing notices.
- Review and analyze collection reports and take necessary steps to reduce NPAs.
- Coordinate with credit and legal departments for settlement and repossession cases.
- Maintain MIS reports and daily updates to management on collection status and recovery trends.
