2. Job Summary:To take care of department’s / Sales team’s administration

a. Indirect support to Sales Team to achieve their Sales and Effort related targets.
b. Required Data / Reports / Analysis to the management, Sales head and Sales Team members.

Key Responsibilities
1)
- Understand Organisation Structure
- Understand position wise budgets
- Maintain Budget vs Expenses Chart
- Prepare E to S on monthly basis
2)
- Understand Allowances Structure with Penalty Scheme
- Get Monthly Expenses Statements by 7 of every month
- Check and reimburse all statements by 18th of every month
3)
- Daily Sales Report
- Commitment and Collection Summary
- Installation Reports
- Open Order Reports
4)
- Acquire Product Knowledge
- Understand pricing and schemes
- Check POs including Terms
- Invoicing and Supply
5)
- Territory Sales Target vs Achievement
6)
- Continue sending daily reports
- Start preparing monthly reports
- Monthly report to be sent by 25 of next month
- Quarterly and Yearly Reports will be prepared considering cumulative targets (norms) vs achievements
- All above reports to include all 6 functional parameters
- Reports to be sent to Sales Head
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
