Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk & Customer Service: Warmly welcome visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person or department. Workable
- Call Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a polite, professional manner, and take detailed messages when necessary. Workable
- Communication: Respond to general inquiries in person, via phone, or through email. Workable
- Clerical Duties: Handle daily mail and deliveries, perform data entry, scan, file, and manage correspondence. Workable
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, update calendars, and book meeting rooms. Workable
- Office Administration: Maintain a clean, organized reception area and monitor office supply inventory, placing orders when stock is low. Workable
- Security & Safety: Control front desk access by managing visitor logs, issuing badges, and following emergency protocols. Workable
- Additional Support: Assist with ad-hoc administrative duties, travel arrangements, and various projects.
