Position: Finance Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a Finance Executive to join our core finance team. This is a hands-on role spanning accounting, financial reporting, MIS, and taxation. You will work closely with senior leadership and be responsible for maintaining the integrity of financial operations — from day-to-day bookkeeping to month-end closes and compliance filings.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate books of accounts including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
- Manage petty cash, expense reimbursements, and vendor invoice processing
Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements
- Build and maintain MIS dashboards and reports tracking key financial metrics and variances
- Support preparation of financial projections and budgets, flagging deviations for management
- Assist in audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
Taxation & Compliance
- Handle GST computations and filing of returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) with book reconciliation
- Manage TDS deductions, challans, and quarterly return filings (Form 24Q, 26Q)
- Assist in advance tax calculations and income tax return preparation
- Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance timelines with proper documentation
Qualifications & Requirements
- CA Inter qualified with both groups cleared.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, or a CA firm
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting), and accounting software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Prior exposure to a financial services or investment firm is an advantage

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
