Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Trainer with a background in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering to deliver high-quality training programs. The role involves content development, training delivery, and coordination with clients while leveraging LMS platforms for effective learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training sessions on automotive/mechanical subjects to students/trainees.
- Develop, update, and customize training content, presentations, and learning materials.
- Manage and utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) for course delivery, tracking, andreporting.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders for training schedules, feedback, and reporting.
- Monitor trainee progress, conduct assessments, and provide performance feedback.
- Maintain training records, reports, and data dashboards for management review.
- Ensure adherence to training quality standards and client expectations.
- Support continuous improvement of training modules based on industry trends and feedback.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
- 2–4 years of experience in training/teaching.
- 2–3 years of hands-on industry experience in the automotive/mechanical domain.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
- Experience in client coordination and stakeholder management.
- Working knowledge of LMS and digital learning platforms.
- Ability to develop structured training content and instructional materials.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills.
