Client Success & Business Solutions Manager

We are looking for a confident, proactive, and professional individual to become the key link between our clients and our technical team. This is a leadership-track role for someone who enjoys understanding business processes, meeting customers, and delivering technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct online and onsite meetings with clients.
* Study customer business processes and gather software requirements.
* Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), meeting minutes, and project documentation.
* Coordinate with development, QA, UI/UX, and implementation teams.
* Manage ongoing communication with clients, partners, and vendors.
* Track project progress, follow up on action items, and ensure timely delivery.
* Conduct software demonstrations, user training, and implementation support when required.
* Prepare regular project updates and escalate strategic matters to the Management Team
* Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
* Professional personality with confidence in client interactions.
* Self-driven, organised, and capable of managing multiple projects.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini.
* Experience in ERP, SaaS, Software Projects, Business Analysis, or IT Consulting is preferred.
* Valid driving licence and Passport required.
Travel Requirement
This role involves travel for customer meetings, requirement studies, implementation, and project reviews across Kerala, India, and occasionally international locations.
