Job Summary
Alps Digital Devices Private Ltd is looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager with 6–10 years of experience to lead end-to-end HR operations, people management, employee engagement, compliance, and workforce planning.
The ideal candidate should have strong HR experience in a similar distribution business, with a good understanding of sales teams, field employees, branch operations, manpower requirements, and multi-location HR management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end HR operations across the organization.
Manage recruitment, manpower planning, interviews, selection, onboarding, and workforce deployment.
Handle HR operations for sales, field, warehouse, branch, and support teams.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination, employee records, and HR MIS.
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, Labour Laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Develop and implement effective HR policies, SOPs, and processes.
Drive KPI/KRA, performance appraisal, performance improvement, and employee development processes.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
Drive employee engagement, retention, welfare, and organizational culture initiatives.
Coordinate with department heads and senior management for manpower planning and business requirements.
Manage multi-location HR activities and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies across locations.
Visit other company locations/branches approximately 3–4 times per month based on business requirements.
Conduct regular branch visits to understand employee concerns, operational challenges, attendance, manpower, and HR requirements.
Prepare and present HR MIS, dashboards, manpower reports, attrition reports, attendance reports, and management updates.
Lead HR audits, documentation, statutory records, and compliance reviews.
Identify training and development requirements and coordinate appropriate programs.
Support employee retention, succession planning, capability development, and organizational growth.
Lead and mentor the HR team and ensure timely completion of HR activities.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional handling of employee and company information.
Industry Experience – Mandatory
6–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably as an HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist.
Experience in a similar distribution business is mandatory/preferred.
Candidates should understand distribution operations, sales/field workforce, branch teams, warehouse operations, manpower planning, and multi-location employee management.
Experience handling HR for a sales-driven and geographically distributed workforce will be an added advantage.

Qualification
MBA/PGDM – Human Resources or equivalent qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
