About the Role
Prabha Workhub Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Business Development & Center Operations Executive who can drive sales, build strong client relationships, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our premium coworking space. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, closing deals, and managing workplace operations.
Key Responsibilities :Business Development
- Generate leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
- Conduct site visits and workspace tours for prospective clients.
- Convert inquiries into memberships, office space bookings, and meeting room rentals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with startups, SMEs, freelancers, and corporate clients.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales and occupancy targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities and promotional campaigns.
Center Operations
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the coworking center.
- Welcome members and visitors professionally while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Handle member onboarding, documentation, invoicing, and renewals.
- Address member queries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors to maintain the facility.
- Monitor meeting room bookings and workspace utilization.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and MIS.
Required Skills

- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any relevant field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Relationship Management, Hospitality, Real Estate, Coworking Spaces, or Service Industry.
- Experience in coworking spaces, commercial real estate, hospitality, or facility management will be preferred.
