Job Summary
HP Telecom India Ltd. (HPTI) is seeking a creative and technology-driven Graphic Designer & AI Content Creator who can combine strong design skills with modern AI tools to create engaging digital content, manage social media presence, and strengthen brand communication across multiple platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Design high-quality social media posts, banners, advertisements, promotional creatives, and marketing collaterals.
- Create AI-generated videos, reels, and visual content using tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Midjourney, Sora, and similar platforms.
- Develop creative concepts and visual storytelling strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Manage and execute daily social media content calendars across various digital platforms.
- Create branding materials for retail stores, product launches, events, exhibitions, and corporate campaigns.
- Design corporate presentations, brochures, flyers, catalogs, and other marketing assets.
- Edit videos and create motion graphics for social media, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
- Stay updated with emerging AI content creation tools, design trends, and social media best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and management teams to deliver impactful visual communication.
- Monitor content performance and suggest creative improvements to maximize audience reach and engagement.
- Ensure consistency of brand identity, visual standards, and communication guidelines across all creative outputs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Hands-on experience with AI content creation and AI video generation tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
- Knowledge of typography, branding, layout design, and visual communication.
- Video editing and motion graphics experience preferred.
- Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in social media management and digital marketing content creation will be an added advantage.
