- Supervise and manage overall nursing services in all hospital areas including wards, ICU, OT, chemotherapy, and day care units.
- Ensure safe, quality, and compassionate nursing care for oncology patients.
- Prepare duty rosters and maintain adequate nursing manpower in all shifts.
- Monitor discipline, performance, and professional conduct of nursing staff.
- Ensure safe administration practices, infection control, and biomedical waste management.
- Organize training and skill development programs for nursing staff, especially oncology care and chemotherapy safety.
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, NABH standards, and quality protocols.
- Coordinate with doctors, departments, and hospital management for smooth patient care services.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
