Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and well-groomed F&B Stewards to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism in the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Present menus, explain dishes, and take food & beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages as per company service standards.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and ready for guests.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for timely order delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas.
- Handle guest requests and resolve complaints politely.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the restaurant.
- Support the team to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.
- Freshers are welcome; experienced candidates will be preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
