Job Description: Front Desk Cum Admin Executive
Position Overview:-
We are seeking a poised, articulate, and highly organized Front Desk Cum Admin Executive to serve as the face and voice of our organization. As the first point of contact for clients, candidates, and visitors, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company’s first impression. The ideal candidate blends exceptional communication skills with a professional demeanor and a strong command of office administration.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Front Desk & Guest Management (The Face of the Company)
- Act as the primary brand ambassador, welcoming visitors, clients, and vendors with warmth and a professional demeanor.
- Maintain a pristine, organized, and inviting reception and lobby area at all times.
- Manage incoming calls seamlessly—filtering, directing, and taking accurate messages.
- Address general walk-in and telephonic inquiries efficiently.
2. Office Administration & Operations
- Oversee daily office logistics, including incoming/outgoing couriers, mail distribution, and coordinating with dispatch teams.
- Monitor and manage office supplies, stationery, and pantry inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate with facility management, housekeeping staff, and external vendors to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in maintaining basic administrative logs, records, and employee attendance data.
3. Executive & HR Support
- Assist the HR and management teams with basic administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, interviews, or managing conference room bookings.
- Provide logistical support for internal company events, celebrations, or client visits.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any stream (Business Administration, Hospitality, or Human Resources is a plus).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in front desk, hospitality, or corporate administration roles. (Freshers with exceptional presentation and communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Communication Mastery: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) with excellent active listening and telephone etiquette.
- Corporate Grooming: A flawless commitment to professional attire, personal grooming, and a polished presentation that reflects corporate standards.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and handling standard office equipment (printers, scanners, PBX systems).
- Interpersonal Skills: A polite, patient, and problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle high-pressure situations gracefully.
