React Frontend Developer (React.js / React Native)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced React Frontend Developer to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of professional experience building modern, responsive, and high-performance web and mobile applications using React.js and React Native.
You will be responsible for developing user-friendly interfaces, converting Figma designs into pixel-perfect applications, integrating REST APIs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive web applications using React.js.
- Build and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive, and interactive user interfaces.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, QA engineers, and project managers.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Write clean, reusable, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve frontend issues efficiently.
- Optimize application performance across web and mobile platforms.
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and version control workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with React.js.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development.
- Hands-on experience with React Native for Android and iOS application development.
- Strong understanding of React Hooks, Context API, Redux Toolkit, React Router, and modern state management.
- Experience converting Figma designs into responsive, production-ready frontend applications.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON data.
- Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Vite, Webpack, or other modern frontend build tools.
- Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library is an advantage.
