Job Summary:
Abhyuday School is seeking a qualified and experienced PGT English to teach senior secondary classes. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management skills, and the ability to engage students using modern teaching methodologies in line with CBSE guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English to Classes XI & XII as per CBSE curriculum
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans
- Assess, evaluate, and monitor student performance
- Prepare students for board examinations and internal assessments
- Maintain academic records, lesson plans, and student progress reports
- Participate in school activities, meetings, and training programs
- Maintain discipline and create a positive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Eligibility & Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in English (M.A. English)
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution (mandatory)
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in CBSE schools preferred
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- Proficiency in using smart boards and digital teaching tools
