- Lead end to end design development and maintenance of AS400 iSeries applications
- Analyze estimate and plan AS400 development tasks aligned with project timelines and priorities
- Review code enforce standards and ensure high performance security and reliability of AS400 solutions
- Troubleshoot complex issues perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes
- Solution Design Collaboration
- Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs on AS400
- Design and optimize batch jobs interfaces and integrations with surrounding systems
- Collaborate with QA infrastructure and operations teams to ensure smooth deployments and stable environments
