Dispatch Supervisor – Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise all dispatch activities on a daily basis.
Ensure finished goods are dispatched accurately and on time.
Conduct final quality checks before dispatch.
Coordinate with Production, Stores, and Logistics teams for smooth dispatch operations.
Monitor loading and unloading activities.
Track dispatch schedules and follow up on deliveries.
Report any shortages, damages, or dispatch issues to management.
