Millennium Software Solution is looking for a skilled and dedicated Computer Trainer for the DDU-GKY skill development project. The trainer will be responsible for delivering computer training to rural youth, improving their digital literacy, and preparing them for employment opportunities.
The ideal candidate should have strong computer knowledge, good communication skills, and a passion for teaching and skill development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver computer training sessions under the DDU-GKY curriculum.
- Teach basic to advanced computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), internet usage, email handling, and digital literacy.
- Conduct practical sessions and hands-on training for students.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and presentations.
- Conduct assessments, tests, and evaluations of trainees.
- Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training records.
- Support students in improving typing skills and computer operations.
- Prepare candidates for workplace digital requirements and job readiness.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Ensure training is delivered as per DDU-GKY guidelines and standards.
- Coordinate with project staff and management for reporting and documentation.
- Guide students for interviews and basic workplace communication skills.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably BCA, B.Sc. IT, B.Sc. Computer Science, or equivalent).
- Diploma or certification in Computer Applications will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and computer fundamentals is required.
Experience
- 0–3 years of experience as a Computer Trainer, IT Trainer, Faculty, or similar role preferred.
- Freshers with strong computer knowledge and teaching ability may also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with prior experience in DDU-GKY, PMKVY, Skill India, or other government training programs will be preferred.
- Candidates with training or teaching experience will be an advantage.
- Passion for teaching and skill development is highly valued.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
