Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Technician with hands-on experience in power and control wiring for CNC machines. The role involves assembling electrical panels, wiring control systems, integrating drives, PLCs, and field devices, and ensuring machines meet safety and functionality standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in industrial electrical systems and be comfortable working from electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform power and control wiring for CNC machines and related automation equipment.
- Interpret and work from electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
- Mount and wire electrical panels, sensors, relays, PLCs, VFDs, servo drives, and other automation components.
- Route and terminate cables neatly using proper industrial practices (e.g., ferrules, gland entries, cable trays).
- Conduct continuity checks, insulation resistance tests, and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Collaborate with mechanical, software, and controls teams during machine assembly and testing.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, local regulations, and customer specifications.
- Participate in commissioning and support at the customer site when required.
Required Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI in Electrical or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 0-3 years of hands-on experience in machine wiring, preferably for CNC or special-purpose machines.
- Good understanding of industrial control systems, including PLCs, VFDs, and sensors.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and panel layouts.
- Experience with panel building and field wiring.
- Knowledge of machine safety standards and earthing practices.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with CNC control systems (e.g., Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi, etc.).
- Basic understanding of machine-level troubleshooting (electrical faults, interlocks, signal tracing).
- Experience with servo systems and encoder feedback loops.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Work Environment:
- Factory/shop floor-based with occasional travel for installation and support.
- Requires working with tools, climbing onto machines, and lifting cables or components.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
