Property Consultant
Location: Pune- Pimple saudagar and Kharadi, Mumbai- Thane
Responsibilities: Handle property inquiries and follow up leads.
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
Coordinate property/site visits. Follow up with prospective clients.
Assist clients throughout the sales process.
Maintain lead and client records. Achieve assigned sales targets.
Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-handling and negotiation skills.
Willingness to work in real estate sales and attend field/site visit
Two-wheeler and valid driving license is required for site visit
Real estate/sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
