- Develop accurate base patterns based on design sketches, tech packs, or reference samples.
- Carry out pattern corrections based on fit comments and production requirements.
- Perform pattern grading for all required size sets while maintaining fit consistency.
- Create efficient markers to optimize fabric utilization and reduce wastage.
- Work extensively on Richpeace CAD software for pattern making, grading, marker planning, and pattern modifications.
- Coordinate with the Manual Pattern Master to ensure smooth pattern development and execution.
- Collaborate with the Production Coordinators to meet production timelines and resolve pattern-related issues.
- Work closely with the Sampling Team during sample development and fit approvals.
- Coordinate with the Production Team to ensure patterns are production-friendlyand technically accurate.
- Liaise with the Design Team to understand design intent and implement required changes.
- Maintain proper documentation and organization of CAD pattern files, grading, and marker records.
- Ensure patterns meet quality standards and production requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum 5+ years of experience as a CAD Pattern Master in the garment industry.
· Experience in sportswear/activewear garment manufacturing is preferred.
· Strong expertise in:
o Base Pattern Making
o Pattern Corrections
o Pattern Grading
o Marker Making
· Hands-on experience with Richpeace CAD software is mandatory.
· Good understanding of garment construction, fit, measurements, and production processes.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
