Monk Creatives X The Roots Company is hiring AI Voice Process Executives to manage inbound and outbound customer calls. This role requires fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi, ensuring seamless communication with a diverse customer base. Candidates will work with AI-powered tools to enhance customer engagement and deliver efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Calls: Handle inbound and outbound voice interactions with professionalism.
- Multilingual Communication: Provide support in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer queries, resolve problems, and escalate cases when needed.
- Call Documentation: Record call details, feedback, and follow-up actions accurately.
- Team Collaboration: Work with supervisors and peers to achieve performance targets.
Candidate Requirements
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
- Communication Ability: Strong articulation, listening, and empathy.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic computer literacy and adaptability to AI-based tools.
- Experience: Prior BPO/customer service experience preferred; freshers welcome.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
