Job Title: Trainer – Life Insurance
Location: Ashar IT Park, Wagle Estate, Thane
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Life Insurance Industry – Mandatory
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (PF Deduction Applicable)
Shift: Day Shift (9 Hours)
Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
Interview Process: 2–3 Face-to-Face Rounds

Job Summary
We are seeking a Trainer – Life Insurance to develop and enhance employee performance through effective product, process, and sales training. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of life insurance products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to conduct engaging training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver product, process, and sales training programs for employees.
- Train teams on insurance products, regulatory compliance, communication, and customer engagement.
- Conduct induction and onboarding sessions for new hires.
- Assess training effectiveness through evaluations and feedback mechanisms.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Identify training needs and recommend development initiatives.
- Collaborate with operations and management teams to improve overall team performance.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Life Insurance industry.
- Prior training experience will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong understanding of life insurance products and processes.
- Training certifications will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working with rotational week offs.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates must be based in or around Thane/Mumbai. No relocation candidates.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
