Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Student Counsellor to guide prospective students in selecting suitable courses and career paths. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and counselling skills, with the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to follow up on enquiries.
Convert leads into admissions by providing accurate information and guidance.
Maintain and update student records and enquiry databases.
Assist students throughout the admission process.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth admission process.
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Student Counsellor, Academic Counsellor, or in a similar role.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
Strong counselling and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
