Telecaller Job
We are hiring an experienced Telecaller to join our team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services
- Handle customer inquiries professionally
- Generate leads and follow up with potential clients
- Maintain customer records and call reports
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
- Build good relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller or Customer Support Executive
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in a team
- Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach
