Skills & Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
· 2+ years’ related experience preferred
· Hands-on experience working with general ledgers
· Proficient with ERP systems, including Microsoft Office
· Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Assist with the preparation of financial statements
· Reconciling bank statements and general ledgers
· Post journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
· Maintain and record fixed assets
· Prepare and file local compliance reporting as necessary
· Prepare court-mandated annual accounting reports and inventories for client discharges as necessary
· Act as a liaison for vendors to reconcile any billing discrepancies
· Manage tax payments
· Organize internal audits
· Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
· Prepare budgets (for the entire company and by department)
· Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies
· Perform month-end and year-end close processes
· Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software, TALLY ERP
· Proven Experience in administering and working with custom ERP systems
· In-depth understanding of business book-keeping procedures
· Solid knowledge of accounting regulations in India
Additional certification is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
