We are looking for a skilled Graphic Designer to work on branding and marketing communication for residential and commercial real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design project identities and visual communication
- Create brochures, hoardings, press ads and launch campaign creatives
- Design site branding, sales office branding and digital creatives
- Work on presentations, pitch decks and WhatsApp communication
- Create and adapt designs across print, outdoor and digital formats
- Generate high-quality campaign visuals using AI image-generation tools
- Retouch, manipulate, enhance and composite images
- Prepare accurate print-ready files
- Maintain visual consistency across all project communication
- Work closely with the creative and strategy team
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Good understanding of typography, layout and visual hierarchy
- Strong image editing, compositing and retouching skills
- Proficiency in AI image-generation tools such as Google Gemini, Midjourney and Freepik AI
- Ability to write effective prompts and generate campaign-ready visuals
- Ability to refine AI-generated images for professional use
- Understanding of print production, bleed, colour profiles and large-format artwork
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Good attention to detail
Preferred Experience
- Experience in real estate, branding, advertising, architecture, interiors or luxury communication
- Experience designing brochures, hoardings and campaign creatives
- Knowledge of After Effects or basic motion design will be an added advantage
Applicants must share a portfolio with relevant branding, brochure, campaign, hoarding, real estate or AI-generated visual work.
