The Sales Manager is responsible for generating room revenue, banquet business, corporate accounts, travel trade business, and long-term client relationships. The role focuses on achieving occupancy, ADR, and revenue targets through strategic sales activities and market development.
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new corporate, government, travel agent, and MICE accounts.
- Generate room, banquet, conference, and event sales.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel presentations.
- Prospect new business through networking, cold calls, and referrals.
- Negotiate contracts and rate agreements with clients.
Revenue Generation
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maximize occupancy, ADR, and banquet revenues.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with Revenue Management for pricing strategies.

- Maintain sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Submit competitor analysis and market intelligence reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- 3–5 years of hotel sales experience.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS, CRM, and revenue management principles.
- Valid driving license preferred.
