Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth through field visits, client acquisition and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients, customers and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits and generate new leads.
- Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain daily field visit, lead and sales reports.
- Represent the company professionally in the market.
Requirements:
- Good communication, convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and client meetings.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply; prior field sales experience will be preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
