Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our windows and interior products sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, understanding project requirements, and closing sales for residential and commercial window solutions. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking
- Meet homeowners, builders, architects, contractors, and interior designers
- Present and explain window and door product solutions to clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the operations and installation teams for smooth project execution
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Keep updated on market trends, competitors, and product developments
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- 1–5 years of sales experience (building materials, UPVC/aluminium windows, construction, or interior products preferred)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of UPVC or aluminium window systems
- Experience working with architects and builders
- Strong presentation and customer-handling abilities
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
