Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to senior management. The ideal candidate should be efficient, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, appointments, and meetings
- Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required
- Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items
- Maintain records, files, and confidential documents
- Assist in personal tasks such as scheduling, reminders, and errands
- Handle office coordination and support administrative functions
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the executive
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Professional attitude and appearance
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA or relevant field preferred)
- 1–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant
- Prior experience supporting senior management is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
