JD for Business Development Consultant
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Consultant to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, consultative selling skills, and experience in financial products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Understand client financial requirements and recommend suitable financial products and solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or financial services.
- Experience in banking, lending, NBFC, insurance, fintech, wealth management, or investment products is preferred.
