Accounts & Administration Executive – Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue sales invoices and purchase entries.
- Record all financial transactions accurately in accounting software.
- Maintain cash, bank, and petty cash records.
- Perform daily bank reconciliation.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Process vendor payments as per approved schedules.
- Prepare GST invoices and maintain GST-related records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation records.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and vouchers.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants and auditors for statutory requirements.
Administration Responsibilities
- Manage office administration and daily operational activities.
- Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory.
- Coordinate AMC renewals for office equipment and IT assets.
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and document management.
- Maintain company records, licenses, and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and facility management.
- Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and security.
- Assist in onboarding and exit formalities of employees.
- Maintain asset allocation and asset tracking records.
- Support management with administrative reports and documentation.
Compliance Responsibilities
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance (where applicable).
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Reporting Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
- Submit expense statements and cash flow reports.
- Report pending collections, outstanding payments, and operational issues to management.
Skills Required
- Knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience with Tally, Zoho Books, Busy, or other accounting software.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with accuracy.

- Accurate bookkeeping with minimal errors.
- Timely customer collections and vendor payments.
- On-time statutory compliance filings.
- Accurate bank reconciliation.
- Efficient document and record management.
- Timely submission of management reports.
- Effective control of office administration and inventory.
- Compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
