Key Responsibilities
Teach English Grammar and language skills for High School students.
Improve students’ writing, sentence construction, vocabulary, comprehension, and spoken English. Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments. Conduct engaging classroom activities, grammar drills, debates, and communication exercises. Evaluate students regularly and provide constructive feedback. Maintain student progress records and support slow learners. Use modern teaching methods, digital tools, and activity-based learning techniques. Coordinate with Academic Incharge and school management regarding student performance. Participate in school events, assemblies, competitions, and teacher meetings. Maintain discipline and positive classroom environment.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in English or related field. B.Ed. preferred. Strong command over English Grammar and Communication Skills. Minimum 1–3 years teaching experience preferred. Good classroom management and student engagement skills. Ability to teach both academic English and practical communication.
Preferred Skills Fluent spoken English. Creative teaching approach. Ability to train students for speeches, anchoring, debates, and presentations. Basic computer and smart classroom knowledge. Passion for student development and academic excellence.
Salary Salary will be based on experience, skills, and demonstration performance.
