Job Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads provided through CRM.
- Explain Marketvisa's Personal Finance Courses and Financial Education Programs.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them to the appropriate program.
- Convert leads into enrolled customers.
- Maintain lead records and follow-up activities in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the team for smooth customer onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Business Development is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Experience in lead follow-up and customer conversion.
- Comfortable handling calls and WhatsApp communication.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Candidates must be from Kochi or willing to relocate to Kochi.
Added Advantage
- Knowledge of Stock Market, Mutual Funds, SIPs, Personal Finance, or Investing.
- Prior experience in selling courses, financial products, insurance, banking, or related services.
