Key Responsibilities2D Drafting: Produce accurate 2D floor plans, elevations, sections, and working shop drawings for residential or commercial properties.3D Modeling: Convert 2D blueprints into detailed 3D spatial models and virtual walkthroughs for client presentations and marketing.MEP Integration: Overlay mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) layouts onto architectural structures.Code Compliance: Ensure all designs align with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.Revisions: Update master drawings based on feedback from architects, structural engineers, and project managers.
Required Skills & QualificationsSoftware Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD for both 2D drafting and 3D modeling.Education: Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Drafting.Technical Knowledge: Understanding of spatial design, construction materials, and blueprint annotations.Attention to Detail: Precision in scaling, dimensioning, and file organization.
