Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused professional to join our Private Wealth – Real Estate team. The role involves sourcing and engaging with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), identifying investment opportunities across residential and commercial real estate, and supporting the team in business development, investor presentations, and client meetings.
Key Responsibilities
· Source and connect with HNIs and investors to identify real estate investment opportunities.
· Prospect and build relationships with potential clients, brokers, and developers.
· Assist in business development activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups.
· Source and evaluate real estate supply, both residential and commercial, for investment suitability.
· Conduct site visits and represent clients during property evaluations and negotiations.
· Assess client needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions.
· Prepare investor memorandums, pitch decks, and presentations for client discussions.
· Create and manage property content for listings, brochures, and marketing collaterals.
· Coordinate internally with the valuation, research, and advisory teams for client deliverables.
Key Skills & Competencies
· Strong understanding of real estate markets (residential/commercial).
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with HNI clients.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and presentation creation.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to assess client needs and match investment options.
· Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple client interactions.
Educational Qualifications
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
