About the Role
We are looking for a talented Designer – 3D & Graphics who can turn creative briefs into compelling spatial concepts and striking visual communication.
The ideal candidate combines strong 3D visualisation skills with a sharp graphic-design sensibility. You will work closely with our creative, client-servicing, engineering and production teams to develop concepts that are visually impactful, practical to execute and aligned with the client’s brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualise and design customer experience centres, retail spaces, exhibitions, trade-show booths, event environments, product displays and brand activations.
- Create high-quality 3D models, layouts, walkthroughs and photorealistic renders.
- Develop supporting 2D graphics, including environmental branding, signage, wall graphics, presentation decks and campaign adaptations.
- Translate client briefs and brand guidelines into original, engaging design concepts.
- Prepare mood boards, storyboards and design presentations that communicate ideas clearly.
- Produce accurate working drawings, dimensions and artwork files for production.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, lighting and visual elements while considering budgets and execution feasibility.
- Collaborate with internal teams, fabricators and vendors from concept development through final installation.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality and project timelines.
- Stay informed about emerging trends in experiential, retail, spatial and graphic design.
Skills and Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in experiential design, exhibitions, retail environments, events, spatial design or a creative agency.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both 3D environment design and graphic-design capabilities.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender or Cinema 4D, along with rendering tools such as V-Ray, Corona or Lumion.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Sound understanding of space planning, scale, materials, lighting, branding and production processes.
- Ability to develop creative concepts that are also practical and buildable.
- Strong visual judgement, attention to detail and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work confidently within tight timelines.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Good to Have
- Experience designing customer experience centres or technology-led spaces.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing or real-time visualisation.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or other technical-drawing software.
- Understanding of print production, fabrication and on-site execution.
