Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Lead to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, developing strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer engagement. The Sales Team Lead will play a key role in expanding Quick Ride's enterprise customer base while maintaining high team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales executives to consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new enterprise clients and expand existing accounts.
- Monitor team performance through regular reviews, pipeline analysis, and sales forecasting.
- Conduct sales meetings, one-on-one coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
- Support the team during client meetings, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Identify market opportunities and build strong relationships with corporate decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date, including leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
- Analyze sales metrics and prepare regular performance reports for management.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members.
- Drive a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
- Experience in SaaS, mobility, transportation, HRTech, employee benefits, or enterprise solutions is preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
