Job Description
The Business Relationship Executive (BRE) is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers, generating business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.

Handle customer enquiries, quotations, and order coordination.

Follow up with customers for order finalization and payment collection.

Coordinate with Purchase, Warehouse, and Sales teams for stock availability and dispatch.

Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives.

Resolve customer complaints and provide timely support.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales data.

Support principals and channel partners for business development activities.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong customer handling ability.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems.

Problem-solving and follow-up skills.
